Small but useful: Write down the person’s name, the date, the exact next step, and when you should call again.

What happens next
SCAT reviews whether the disability prevents use of fixed-route service. Its application page says the eligibility card and reservation information are mailed after certification and that a denial letter explains the appeal route.

If 21 days pass without a decision, call with the submission date and ask whether temporary eligibility is active. If paperwork is missing, ask for the exact missing item in writing rather than starting over.
