How to Start a Pasco County Long-Term-Care Screening
Ask for the correct screening when a person may need ongoing help at home, adult day care, assisted living, or nursing-facility care.

Call the AAAPP Helpline at 1-800-963-5337 and ask for long-term-care education, intake, and screening. Pasco County Senior Services also says its case-management services begin with a Helpline assessment.
