How to Book a Miami-Dade STS Paratransit Ride
Reserve early, give exact pickup details, and confirm the return-trip plan before the appointment day.

Eligible STS riders can call 305-871-1111 to reserve a trip. Miami-Dade says reservations are made one to seven days ahead and same-day reservations are not available.
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; reserve 1–7 days ahead

- Exact pickup and destination addresses, including building entrance
- Appointment time and requested arrival time
- Mobility device, personal care attendant, companion, service animal, or accessibility details
- A phone number for day-of-trip contact

“I need an STS round trip for [date]. The appointment is at [time], and I need to arrive by [time]. Please repeat the pickup windows, addresses, fare, passenger details, and return-trip instructions.”

If the first answer is no or wait
Call the reservation or customer-service line as soon as a ride is late or details are wrong. Keep dates and trip numbers if a pattern requires a complaint.
