How to Register for Volusia Special-Needs Shelter and Transportation
Register before an emergency and plan separately for medical supplies, caregiver help, and transportation.
Start here
Use Volusia County Emergency Management’s special-needs registration route or call 386-254-1500 for help. If a registered evacuee cannot reach a regular Votran stop during an evacuation, call the regional Votran number listed by the county.
