How to Apply for VoAccess Transportation Disadvantaged Service
Use the separate TD application when a resident lives outside the ADA fixed-route area and has no other transportation option.

Call VoAccess at 386-761-7700 and request the current Transportation Disadvantaged application. Votran states that TD applicants generally must live outside three-quarters of a mile of a fixed route and lack another transportation option.
