How to Apply for PSTA Access ADA Paratransit
Apply based on disability-related barriers to using accessible fixed-route transit, then complete the required mobility consultation.

Call PSTA at 727-540-1888 to request the Access application. Return the form, then call the same number and choose option 4 for the mobility phone consultation. PSTA says an eligibility decision is sent within 21 days after the process is complete.
