Call Collier County Community and Human Services at 239-252-CARE (2273) and ask for Nutrition Services. The Elder Helpline at 866-413-5337 can also screen for aging-network meal routes.

Call or use the official intake route and lead with the immediate need.

Ask what eligibility, documents, assessment, and current funding or capacity apply.

Record the staff name, reference number, next action, and follow-up date.

Use the listed backup route if the program is closed, full, or not the correct door.

Availability, funding, eligibility, and wait times can change. Ask for the reason in writing when possible, preserve every deadline, and use Collier 211 or Collier 311 to locate another current route.
