Eligible TOPS riders can call 1-866-682-2258 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to reserve one to three days ahead. Unconditional ADA customers can also use MyTopsTrips.org 24/7 to review or cancel trips, check pickup windows, and schedule eligible trips to addresses already in their account or trip history.

- TOPS Client ID
- Password using the rider’s two-digit birth month, two-digit day, and four-digit year
- Exact pickup and destination addresses and phone numbers
- Travel date, appointment time, return plan, and passenger details

Steps in order

Open MyTopsTrips.org through Broward County’s official paratransit page and create or access the rider account.

Use the Client ID and the rider’s eight-digit birth date as the initial password described by Broward.

Review or cancel an existing trip, check the pickup window, or schedule an eligible trip to an address already in the account or trip history.

Call 1-866-682-2258 for a destination the portal cannot schedule or for help with the account.
If the first answer is no or wait
For a portal or reservation problem, call 1-866-682-2258. For an urgent late vehicle, missed return, or location problem during a TOPS trip, use the escalation hotline at 1-844-867-7911. It does not replace 911.
